It is known that Ethel had one child (John) with George Dickinson.

Included in May Duckworth's date book is Ethel's birthday; noted as September 29.

The witnesses to the marriage of Ethel and George were Alfred James London and Florence London.

Ethel married George Frederick Hoskin Dickinson, son of John Dickinson and Mary Grace Harwood Hoskin, June 8, 1910 in York, Ontario, Canada. The relationship ended in divorce 1921 ?. (George Frederick Hoskin Dickinson was born January 12, 1882 in Blackburn, Lancashire, England, died January 17, 1948 in 46 McGee Street, Toronto, Ontario and was buried January 21, 1948 in Toronto Crematory, Toronto, Ontario.)

It is unknown as of yet what happened with the marriage of George and Ethel. Ethel may have left George and a divorce ensued, or she may have died. All that is known is that George did re-marry later in life.

Their son John seems to have left the scene around the same time Ethel did, leading most to believe that Ethel left George and took their son with her.
