"Sarco Canada came into being in 1926, with Clement's brother Eric, forming the Sarco Company in Toronto. At about the same time, Clement Wells had representation in the UK with a firm called Walker Crosweller. Eventually a separate company was formed with the name Spirax, which eventually became known as Spirax Sarco."
