  General Notes:

Dorothy was severely mentally delayed from the time of her birth. It is at present unknown to this writer what became of Dorothy. It is known that her father Arthur, along with his brother Dick and cousin May Duckworth raised Dorothy until she became too difficult to maintain in Arthur's crowded little house on Cameron Avenue in Toronto. Around 1940 Dorothy was sent to live in an institution in Orillia.
