Date: February 4, 2008. May kept detailed records of the Hoskin, Dickinson, Perkin/s, & Harris families and many other families associated with them throughout her life.

Much of her information was dictated to Margaret (Harris) Salvador, Carla Salvador, Frank George Harris, and Grace (Harris) Armstrong throughout her life. May also made many notes of her own, marked down important dates, and kept news clippings (as did Margaret Salvador) throughout her life in a small book that she and other family members referred to as a "Birthday Book".

It is from May and Margaret's "Birthday Books" that almost all of the information re. the Hoskin, Dickinson and Perkin/s families are derived from. Since May's death in 1982 her records lay boxed up in the possession of Margaret Salvador. Around 2004 they were discovered and have been in translation since.

Carla Salvador (having documented some of May's information in the past) has painstakingly "translated" over 60 years of hand written family "tree" documents so that they are usable for this current archive.

May's mind for dates, names & places has proved to be very accurate...and for this she is considered a very solid source of information.
