Prudence married Samuel Addison in 1907. In 1910 he went on his own firstly to New York and then to Canada and joined the Canadian Expeditionary forces in 1915.
In 1918 he went back to Edmonton as a returned soldier and was joined by Prudence, Lancelot (my father-in-law) and youngest son Charles.
They all returned to England in 1919 with a daughter Maxine (aged 4 weeks) who died 2 years later.
Samuel married Prudence Dudley {3163} [MRIN: 1114], daughter of Arthur Dudley {3161} and Jane Davenport {3162}, in 1907 in Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire, England. (Prudence Dudley {3163} was born in 1888 in Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire, England.)
