Fred was the only child of Arthur and his second wife Jane (Jenny) James.
Research Information:
Fred was a music teacher throughout his life.
Fred was raised alongside the family of Thomas Duckworth/Jane Hoskin (May Duckworth was their daughter).
The Duckworth's resided in the home of Arthur Hoskin until Jane (Hoskin) Duckworth's death in late 1899. In September 1901 May left with her Aunt, Mary Grace (Hoskin) Dickinson for Canada, where she would stay for the remainder of her life. Thomas Duckworth continued to live with the family of Arthur Hoskin until his death in 1914.
